General Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Media Specialist identifies, develops, and executes Golden West marketing strategies through digital platforms and media partnerships. This position utilizes Golden West's existing online platforms and media channels and identifies new opportunities to strengthen the Company's brand, acquire new customers, and engage with current members. The Digital Marketing & Media Specialist provides Marketing & Communications team members with customer insight and analytical data and makes recommendations to maximize the Company's messaging and design.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of brand guidelines and objectives.
• Implement organic and paid social media campaigns across all platforms, using strategy outlined by the Marketing Manager and content and images provided by team members.
• Measure results and provide analytics, including frequency, schedule, and post-type recommendations.
• Manage Google AdWords retargeting and specific campaigns; analyze and report results.
• Write compelling copy and other short- to medium-length content for social media channels and various other uses.
• Liaise with designers to ensure digital content is informative and appealing.
• Report on campaign performance with the ability to distill and curate insights and findings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic using Google Analytics, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Incorporate into Golden West's digital media plan as appropriate.
• Monitor search engine optimization (SEO) and user engagement and suggest content improvements.
• Implement digital tools such as A/B testing and Facebook Pixel to monitor user engagement and make or recommend tactical improvements.
• Execute email marketing communication to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize member retention and acquisition.
• Update, edit, and proofread online content, including the Golden West website, as required for accuracy, presentation of marketing messages, and brand style and usage.
• Stay appraised of new developments in the media landscape, evaluate incoming media opportunities, and provide internal recommendations.
• As directed, create media plans and negotiate rates/placement across various channels, including digital, social, print, and radio.
• Execute campaigns within budgets by monitoring and forecasting expenses.
• Assist with Marketing and Communication Department-led projects, as directed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, plus a minimum of two years of experience in marketing (digital preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• Must have, or be able to obtain, and maintain a valid South Dakota driver's license, have an excellent driving record, and be insurable under the Company's insurance policy.

Other Qualifications and/or Credentials:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Web maintenance; familiarity with HTML is a plus. Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords is also a plus.

General Summary:
Provides support to the Service Delivery team in overseeing all aspects of service delivery projects. This position is responsible for interacting with project teams to ensure all activities in a project life cycle are conducted and executed on time. Will assist in the development of comprehensive plans and the management of customer and vendor relations. Must communicate with resources to accomplish project tasks and maintain project schedules. Maintains service delivery project records, invoices, materials used, etc. Prepares correspondence, tracks projects, and provides necessary follow-up. Establishes and preserves the filing and paperwork involved in service delivery projects.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintains a CRM database to track all aspects of service delivery projects, including customer correspondence, contract obligations, materials used, and other required documents.
• Prepares plans, specifications, contracts and amendments, reports, and general correspondence to document the various requirements of projects.
• Serves as the single point of contact for assigned projects, with the responsibility for various aspects of the development and implementation of projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders affected by assigned projects.
• Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with coordination, development, and design of projects.
• Audit records in various OSS software to ensure proper provisioning and billing of services.
• Assists in the management and monitoring of the e-rate connectivity programs.
• Handles quotes, service order entry and service delivery functions for the business sales channel.
• Define and document procedures by agreed methodology.
• Support the maintenance and entry of billing and project records, including feedback for process improvements.
• Create, distribute, and track correspondence within the Service Delivery Department.
• Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures and recording and reporting standards.
• Coordination of add/move/change requests including timely and accurate ordering and activation of service requests by the Company’s business sales channels.
• Communicates with customers in providing quotes and service delivery functions for the Company’s connectivity products.
• Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams.
• Must be able to work on-site at a Golden West designated reporting location.
• Must be able to travel to and from other Golden West locations, as needed, to perform position duties or assigned functions.

As a Construction Tech you will support and assist the Construction department in the maintenance, expansion, and upgrades to Midco’s regional network.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Support the Construction department with the maintenance, expansion and upgrades to Midco’s regional network.
• Install, maintain, and repair Midco’s aerial and underground regional network.
• Perform house moves and cable relocations. Coordinate with the appropriate utility companies and other entities to verify routes. Keep detailed billing information to chargeback customers.
• Assist in preparing site surveys.
• Prepare asbuilts and update maps accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform quality assurance checks and complete the proper documentation.
• Complete Midco First Time Right certification within 90 days of hire. Consistently apply First Time Right principles in all aspects of work.
• Locate existing underground cable.
• Install drops, taps, amplifiers and power supplies. Splice coaxial cable.
• Ground service drops and pre-wire new builds.
• Read, comprehend, and utilize Regional network maps and plans.
• Possess knowledge in using signal meters, reading RF levels, voltage meters, TDR, etc.
• Possess knowledge of Midco’s safety program (Target Zero), practice and enforce safety rules and procedures. Wear safety apparel which includes hard hats (where required), safety vests, OSHA approved boots, etc.
• Operate and drive a Company vehicle in accordance with Midco’s “Use of Vehicle for Company Business” policy. Must be able to successfully operate a vehicle with an attached trailer.
• Obtain certification and successfully operate a bucket truck to perform aerial construction and maintenance.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of a Broadband Installer and/or Service Technician.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.
• Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time as required by your position.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Must develop working knowledge of construction, the National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations, state and local regulations and general safety standards.

Position leveling will be assigned congruent to experience and training.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join H-S Precision in our Stock Department. As part of the Stock Department team, you will paint our stocks to they are painted to production standards. This is a position that requires a detail oriented and organized personality. You must be able to lift up to 45 pounds unaided, wear a respirator and be able to bend and lift items throughout your shift.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint stocks to meet production and quality requirements.
• Learn proper additive to paint ratios and color formulas.
• Learn types of stock and production colors, camo and complex paint patterns.
• Work with fiberglass, bondo and spot putty and other materials to properly sand and repair imperfections in stocks before painting.
• Use safety equipment, including a respirator, as required.
• Maintain paint guns, including daily maintenance and trouble shooting.
• Clean and maintain paint booth.
• Perform daily maintenance of work area and department to ensure cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 20-45+ pound lifting requirement, depending upon the position.
• Minimum 8 hours per day standing.
• Warm/Hot working conditions.
• Handling chemicals, along with fiberglass and other irritating materials (PPE provided)
• Fast-paced production process, including loud tools and machinery.
• Dusting working conditions from sanding.
• Repetitive movements, vibrating hand tools.
• Respirators are required for painting (Fit test required).
